Description of problem:

While creating an app using the git flow, if the builder image version is updated from the default version as per user choice with pipelines added, the selected version is not applied.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add + -> Import from Git
2. enter Git URL and change the builder image version to anything apart from the already selected one
3. Add pipelines -> Save
4. Edit the App

Actual results:

The default image is selected

Expected results:

The user's selection should be applied
