Description of problem:

As a Visualization runs through the Tasks Runs that start cause the bubble text to render off to the right side as... it loads the new status image. Looks very odd (see Actual Results)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Pipeline Operator (any version)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Pipeline with more than 1 task in succession (easier to see)
   • Ie use this one: mock-app-with-embedded-tasks
2. Start the Pipeline Run

Smooth swapping of the status icons

This was likely caused by the SVG refactor of the Pipeline Visualization.
