Description of problem:

• I see below error, when I try remove trigger option after I create triggers from Add Triggers option.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• OCP 4.7 (4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-02-04-031352), TP1.3 (pipelines: 0.19.0, triggers: 0.10.2)
  (Definitely not a breaking change for sure from triggers `template.name` still valid)

  Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any pipeline
2. from UI click on Add Trigger option
3. Wait for resources to be created
4. now try clicking on remove trigger option.

Actual results:

But I see triggertemplate got deleted, But not sure If it is because of above bug underlying resources didn't delete.
I still see

1. Eventlistener
2. service
3. Routes

   Expected results:

• It should cleanup triggers and underlying resources created as part of Add triggers option
