Description

As a user, would like to create serverless workload (ksvc) for existing Deployment/Deployment Config.

Acceptance Criteria

1. In topology On Deployment/Deployment Config there would be an option shown in context menu/action menus to `Knatify` if serverless operator is installed
2. On click of that option knatify should create KSVC

Check with UXD as design is not final and on creation we would need to support as much info as we can i,e
