Description of problem:

Today, there is no consistency of quick start display names. We should also incorporate hints into the currently available quick starts to improve the user experience.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to quick start catalog and take note of display names on tiles
2. Open the Serverless quick start and go to Task 1

Actual results:

1. Display names are inconsistently worded
2. The perspective switcher doesn't have a hint

Expected results:

1. Display names should have more consistency with each other
2. The perspective switcher should be linked as a hint (this should be applied to all quick starts)
