Description

As a user, I want to edit the jar file which was previously uploaded or edit other application parameters.

Acceptance Criteria

1. similar to editing a deployment from `import from git` flow, the same `edit` action should bring the user to the `upload a jar file` form
2. on submit
   • if no new jar file is selected, simply update resources with changes
   • if new jar file is selected, submit a new build and upload the jar file in the same way as done in the creation flow
