Description

As a user, I want to quickly launch into the upload jar file form by dragging and dropping a jar file from my desktop to the topology graph.

Acceptance Criteria

1. support drag and drop of jar file to the topology graph surface or list view
2. give visual feedback to the user when a drop is allowed or disallowed
3. upon completing the drag and drop, launch into the upload jar file form and prefill the form with the selected file
