Description of problem:

If the next quick start is not installed, then the link doesn't actually work.

It's also not clear to the user as to what the next quick start is since it shows the ID of the quick start and not the quick start label.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete the "installing the pipelines operator" quick start
2. On the last page click the link "start install-app-and-associate-pipeline quick start ->" link

Actual results:

The quick start panel closes and nothing else happens.

Expected results:

If the linked quick start does not exist, the link shouldn't be present, or some other UX. In this particular case I believe the expectation is that the operator installs the quick start but it isn't present.

As a user I do not want to see the internal ID of the next quick start. I want to see the title. The link should be named "Start '<quick start label>` ->`
