Description

As a user, I'd like to add pipelineSpec in the pipelineRun and expect to work with all the defined actions in the dev console and show the visualization in the details page.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install openshift Pipelines Operator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a pipeline through import yaml
2. Add a pipelinerun with the pipelineSpec (https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/blob/master/examples/v1beta1/pipelineruns/pipelinerun-with-pipelinespec.yaml)

Actual results: 

It is not a completely supported feature in the UI.

Expected results:

Add full Support for pipelineSpec and needs to have all defined actions like the add flow pipelines.

Always.
