Description of problem: Error on clicking From Catalog from Add in Dev Perspective

Steps to Reproduce

1. GO to Dev Perspective
2. Add
3. Select From Catalog /Database

Actual results: catalog/Database couldn't load and shows up below error

Expected results: Catalog should have loaded

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always
