Description of problem:

Unable to open link for /add from QuickStarts

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Explore Serverless app Quickstart must be added

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to explore Serverless QuickStart
2. Go to first task.
3. Click on +Add link

Actual results:

Add page doesn't load and throws an error

add:1 Blocked script execution in 
{{ https://console-openshift-console.apps.dev-svc-4.7-120207.devcluster.openshift.com/add}}
 because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.

Expected results:

Add page should load properly
