Description of problem:

View only users are not able to see the topology page

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

1. create a user and give only view permissions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as view only user and visit topology page.

Actual results:

Topology Page is loading forever

Expected results:

Should load the topology page and all the nodes should be shown.
