Verify PipelineRun/TaskRun Logs are as ~fast as tkn/pod containers

      We should run a test in the UI to make sure we are not causing a poor experience for the user:

      • Make sure PipelineRun/TaskRun pages are as fast as pod/containers & tkn log views
        • Test 1: Start a Pipeline Run from the UI
        • Test 2: Start a Pipeline Run from the CLI (tkn)

      The goal here is to see if we have a slowdown in our PipelineRun/TaskRun log pages.
