Description of problem:

After creating DevWorkspace instance, clicking on Terminal icon from masthead will stays in "Connecting to your OpenShift Command Line terminal" state.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install Web Terminal operator

Create DevWorkspace instance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Terminal icon present on masthead

Actual results:

It will stay in "Connecting to your OpenShift Command Line terminal" state

Expected results:

User should be able to use the terminal
