Description of problem:

Deploying a container image causes an error on Topology.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None, I think. I had Pipelines installed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to +Add
2. Select Container Image / Deploy Image
3. Enter in `openshift/hello-openshift`
4. Create

Actual results:

On Topology an error screen:

Expected results:

No error, and a renderable deployment
