Description

As a user, I want to switch between browsers and keep my custom table column configuration. Manage columns is at least available in the project list.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Column configuration are loaded from and stored in user settings. See const COLUMN_MANAGEMENT_LOCAL_STORAGE_KEY, old key bridge/table-columns
2. Old column configuration from localStorage should be automatically migrated.
