As a admin, I want to see the community provider warning only once also when switching the browser.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The community provider warning "ignore flag" was saved in the user settings. See operator-hub-items.tsx, old key bridge/community-providers-warning

Additional Details:

1. The localStorage value was saved as string "true" or "false".
