Problem:

There is no form based edit for Build Configs today. Users are forced to edit YAML.

Goal:

Provide a form based edit for Build Configs to improve the user experience.

Why is it important?

Many/most developers are not comfortable with YAML. Providing a form based edit will improve the overall user experience.

We have had a number of RFEs and anecdotal requests for this.

Acceptance criteria

1. The Edit Build Config action should allow the user to have a form driven experience
2. The Edit Build Config form driven experience should support the same features that were supported in 3.x
