Acceptance Criteria

1. If a pipeline is updated, the completed pipeline runs should not be affected (ODC-2302)
2. When editing a pipeline, content should be preserved when switching back and forth between the YAML Editor and the pipeline builder (ODC-3662)
   1. The mechanism to switch between a form and YAML should be consistent with other areas in the console (Operator backed services, Helm Charts, etc)
