Problem:

PipelineRuns and TaskRuns emit events for various phases of their lifecycle but they are not easily accessible from PipelineRuns and TaskRuns pages.

Goal:

Make Pipeline Run and Task Run events easily accessible as a tab on their respective details pages to improve visibility on their execution and also assist with debugging.

1. GA feature, thus should be properly documented
2. GA feature, thus need to provide enablement
3. Include in what's new RHD blog and consider for improved pipelines blog

Acceptance criteria:

• There is an "Events" tab on the PipelineRuns detail page which shows the events for that particular PipelineRuns
• There is an "Events" tab on the TaskRuns detail page which shows the events for that particular TaskRuns
