Description of problem:
In Safari CLI loading screen is not cover the full height of CLI panel

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
CLI should be enabled in cluster

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the CLI in Safari browser
2. If the workspace is not present any namespace then select a namespace and proceed
3. A loading window will appear. (See the attached screenshot)

Actual results:
The black background of the loading window does not cover the full height of CLI panel.

Expected results:
The black background of the loading window should cover the full height of CLI panel.
