As a OCP lightspeed team who is working with IBM research to provide us the "A" model for generating kubernetes yaml resources . I want to make sure IBM model is train on eough data so that it can provide complete and accurate YAML as out put

As a App SRE who want to scale my-deployment in name space my-namespace . I want my-deployment to scale using when load on my application is above 60% of CPU and scale the app from min =1 to max=10 . Please provide me YAML
