      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Manage Openshift Virtual Machines IP addresses used with ovn-kubernetes via secondary CNI plug-in.

      Why is this important?

Customers want to offload IPAM from their custom solutions (e.g. a custom DHCP server running on their cluster network) to an internal Red Hat OpenShift Networking mechanism.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Cluster-provided IPAM for OpenShift Virtual Machines.

      Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

      •  OpenShift CNV will develop the solution with the guidance/oversight of the SDN team.
