      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Update DNS pods to reflect the changes in the nameservers automatically.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Currently, if the customer configures DHCP leading to a new DNS server getting used in all nodes [by updating /etc/resolv.conf new dns servers in all of the nodes], old DNS servers record persists in dns-default-xxx pods unless it is restarted.

The customer is expecting a way in OpenShift to detect the changes in the /etc/resolv.conf of a node dynamically and automatically update all the DNS pods.
