      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

      Per OCPSTRAT-1042, we have decided to remove IPI and UPI support for Alibaba Cloud in OpenShift 4.16.

      We should stop publishing RHCOS images to their various regions.

       

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

      When RHCOS boot images are bumped, new images must be uploaded to each cloud. In Alibaba's case that means one for each region. It's time consuming and when removed will allow for more efficient boot image updates.
