      Goal

Enable 'whereabouts' CNI/IPAM to support both IPv4 and IPv6 IP addresses to handle dual-stack scenarios.

      Why is this important?

This is important for customers who use Multus and also at the same time support a dual-IP stack.  This request comes from the OCS team and also is a regular community request.
