      oc-mirror pulls update graph data from OSUS.

      Goal

      oc-mirror downloads update graph data tarball from OSUS API endpoint.

      Problem

      Customers currently have to deploy the OpenShift Update Service (OSUS) operator in disconnected/restricted network environments and build the graph data container image themselves by accessing the the graph data in GitHub [1].  For customers in regulated industries, accessing content from GitHub is perceived as a risk since it is not trusted or allowed in certain organizations and creates compliance issues.
