      Goal

Move any dev & test off of VMC as we are decommissioning it.

To do that we have to ensure we don't have dependencies in QE or Dev and that we remove the documentation sections for VMC (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/installing/installing_vmc/installing-vmc.html) from all supported OCP versions

      Acceptance criteria

      • QE doesn't have jobs that depend on VMC
      • Engineering doesn't need any environment running on VMC
      • The documentation sections of all OCP versions mentioning VMC are removed

      VMware Cloud Provider Program

OSDOCS-5419 documented that vSphere on infra that's part of the VMware Cloud Provider Program is supported as on the same basis as on-prem vSphere, i.e. if it meets the vSphere requirements for OpenShift. VMC is included in this program and we don't expect this to affect any users using VMC.
