Sustaining engineering work to maintain the CI for a number of parts of Metal3, IPv6 on bare metal and metal jobs in general.

Why is this important

These improvements take cycles that compete with feature delivery but they are an investment in lowering the maintenance, improving the amount of failed jobs and decreasing the time they take, with the goal of freeing more time for feature development.
