Currently Cert-Manager is in Tech-Preview and we want to bring it to GA with the below additional functionality.

Goals

Update underlying cert-manager project to the latest version
Available only for Workloads/apps running on OpenShift
QE and document supported Issuers: Let's Encrypt, Self Signed certificates and ACME
Operator will be updated to be installed as an OLM Operator
Support for Routes
Establish clear support boundaries for EUS and non EUS releases
