      Background

The Red Hat hybrid cloud strategy aims to deploy & run OCP on a variety of platform including the major cloud provider. The minimum required coverage experience from a storage point of view is to provide seamless and supported block & file capabilities in order to allow customers to provision RWO & RWX depending on their workloads requirements.

We are currently lacking GCP file support, this is currently available as tech preview (4.12), this features aims to promote it GA.

Remove TP tag as well as some minor updates if we notice any change between tech preview and GA.
