Feature Overview

Automate pulling and refreshing of entitlement certificates from Satellite for use when building container images and installing RHEL content inside the images. This feature currently exists for connected clusters that consume content from Red Hat CDN. This is a follow-up to enable the same capability in disconnected environments through Satellite. 

Goals

Eliminate operational overhead of pulling and managing RHEL entitlement from Satellite in disconnected environments in order to be used within Dockerfile image builds.
