      Summary:

      Tracking feature for Support of 3 node compact cluster (with 3 schedulable Masters, and 0 workers);

      Background:

      We introduced 3 node compact clusters for "bare metal" in OCP 4.5 (as GA). This capability is really a cloud agnostic (non cloud provider integration included) way of doing a 3 node compact cluster. Furthermore, it is only available for UPI.

      This feature is to track work of the 3 node compact cluster for all supported infrastructures that OpenShift is supported on using both UPI and IPI.

      Deliverables

      • Any code changes to installer and other components
      • CI testing
      • QE functional testing
      • Documentation
