Problem Statement:
Documentation for installing OpenShift on GCP with Shared VPC using short-lived credentials is fragmented and lacks a clear sequential process. Users must piece together information from multiple separate sections without guidance on:

• Correct operation sequence
• Integration of Workload Identity Federation with Shared VPC
• Configuration differences from standard GCP installations
• Timing of credential setup vs. Shared VPC configuration
