Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

We'd like to bring BGP networking to ROSA HCP, which is critical for supporting customers migrating Windows workloads into VMs on OpenShift Virt on ROSA HCP clusters.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

The ability to use BGP on ROSA HCP already exists on the platform; we'd just need to make some configuration available so user can access it:

1. Ability to disable EC2 instance ENI SrcDst checks on cluster.
2. Ability to enable routeAdvertisements on cluster.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

User can :

• Disable EC2 instance ENI SrcDst checks
• Enable routeAdvertisements 
• AWS VPC Route Server can be used with UDN/BGP in Rosa HCP
• Testing is implemented

Use Cases (Optional):

• Bringing Window workloads into VM on Openshift Virt on Rosa HCP clusters
