Adjust oc-mirror to be able to use the new monorepo as dependency and also its imports.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

oc-mirror v2 - should be able to use the new monorepo.

oc-mirror v1 - no code change. we need to confirm that the existing structure will not be deprecated for the life time of v1.

Background

The following repos are going to merged in a monorepo:

containers/image

containers/storage

containers/common

Since oc-mirror is consuming the containers repo, it needs to adjust the code to be able to continue operating smoothly.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Both v1 and v2 work as expected after the switch to monorepo is implemented.

Documentation Considerations

This is an internal code change without an impact to the user.
No need in documentation update.
