Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

Swap as a feature is generally available upstream in 1.34. In OpenShift, we do not want non-CNV customers to use this feature because we want users to have a separate disk for swap, and that needs to be declared at installation time. 

for this we want to document that SWAP i not supported in openhsift .

Here's what the feature does, based on the discussions with the team:

1. It will prevent all OpenShift users from utilizing the swap feature in Kubelet.

1. It will allow internal teams (such as CNV) to apply custom Kubelet configurations that can include the swap feature. Note that this functionality will not be documented for OpenShift users.

1. The NodeSwap feature flag will be removed from the documentation, and the documentation will be updated to state that customers cannot enable swap mode in Kubelet.
