Account team and BU have promised to backport precheck  features in OCPSTRAT-2121  to 4.19
This JIRA tracks the approval process. The backporting is due to business reasons.

Backport Criteria

OpenShift releases support multiple code branches. z streams are delivered to customers on a weekly basis. z streams usually do not allow backporting features unless there are business reasons, executive approval is required in those few cases. While teams may use JIRA to track the status of features, bugs will be required for all backport PRs.
