      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Switching from ostree to bootc increased update sizes due to lack of delta-updates. Until a long term solution is available for bootc, ostree delta update mechanism can be used as workaround.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

The goal of this to document the required procedure (in MicroShift docs or KCS), and have a e2e test in MicroShift CI
