Feature Overview:

Enable OpenShift Lightspeed (OLS) to provide contextually accurate responses for ARO (Red Hat OpenShift Service on Azure) customers by grounding its answers in ARO-HCP (Hosted Control Plane) documentation.

Goal:

Ensure ARO customers can use OLS to ask questions about OpenShift and receive answers specifically tailored to the ARO-HCP architecture and operations.

Key Capabilities:

• Context Detection: Automatically detect if the user is a ARO-HCP customer.

• Documentation Filtering: Prioritize and source answers from ARO-HCP-specific content.

• Transparency: Include documentation links to the ARO-HCP source for each answer.
