Customers need to be able to select to turn on/off accelerated networking on the nodepools they create through Hypershift. This is supported by CAPZ but Hypershift does not allow this configuration in nodepools

By completing this a customer should be able to set this as a parameter when defining a nodepool and this would result in the accelerated networking flag being turned on for the resulting VMs created.
