      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

      This feature will track upstream work from the OpenShift Control Plane teams to be delivered in Kube 1.33 - API, Auth, etcd, Workloads, and HyperShift. 

      It's worth noting this work will occur during the 4.19 development timeframe but be part of Kube 1.33 (OCP 4.20).

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

      To continue and develop meaningful contributions to the upstream community including feature delivery, bug fixes, and leadership contributions.
