• Who: OpenShift Administrator, who wants to use Openshift Lightspeed

• Customer Type: Red Hat OpenShift Platform Plus (OPP) subscriber (includes ACM)
• Environment: Uses ACM Hub to manage multiple ACM-managed OpenShift clusters

Goal: Deploy OLS on the ACM Hub cluster and make it available from the <All Clusters> view.
OLS can explain and navigate resources using the Attach feature, including YAML, logs, events, and alerts.

OLS enables the admin to:

• “Show me status of my cluster”
• “What nodes are attached to this cluster?”
• “Why is my cluster/node not ready?”

• “Explain status of <DaemonSets, Deployments, Jobs, ReplicaSets, StatefulSets> in my clusters ”
• Natural language to query resources across all the managed clusters 
• Remote problem determination for pods running on managed cluster _

• “What is the status of VMs in this cluster?”

• “How do I resolve this alert ?”

🔹 Governance Policies listed in < Governance -> Plolicies >

• “Why is this policy violating cluster governance?”

🔹 Explore Application Topologies listed in < Applications -> Topology >

• “Explain structure of this application”
• “How can I fix this failing application ?”
