Outcome Overview
kueue ill be available GA and fully supported but only for use with specific workloads and as part of Red Hat OpenShift AI. For the rest of OpenShift Kueue will remain as a TECH PREVIEW in the base OCP platform for consumption by other layered products (AI, Pipelines, Migration)
Success Criteria
kueue is available as a GA within RHOIA with the following required RHOAI featureskueue is released as a tech preview platform aligned operator.

Expected Results (what, how, when)
A first-class, industry-standard batch/job scheduling mechanism with appropriate guarantees and controls is available to be leveraged by multiple layered products and offerings across Red Hat and IBM with those workload types.
