      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

The goal of this feature is to enable short-lived token support across all OLS-supported LLM providers, allowing enterprises to adopt OLS securely and without compromising their security compliance.

      Context and Problem Statement

Enterprise customers often have stringent security policies requiring short-lived tokens for authentication to comply with their security frameworks. While OpenShift Lightspeed (OLS) supports short-lived tokens for Azure AI, it does not extend this capability to other LLM providers

This limitation creates significant barriers for enterprise adoption of OLS, as it forces customers to rely on less secure long-lived credentials, potentially violating internal compliance policies.
