Feature Overview

With OCPBUGS-57628 we verify we can rotate manually 10 year certificates.

We now must provide an easy and documented workflow to rotate the 10-year certificates manually.

This feature also tracks additional verifications about automation and adding CI to safely include this option in OpenShift future releases.
