Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

As an OLS admin, who has installed OLS for developers to use,
I want OLS to recognize the user's role or persona and be aware of their permissions,
So that OLS only provides information that is relevant and permissible for the user based on their assigned role.

Example Scenario:
An admin has configured permissions that restrict developers from scaling applications.

When a developer asks OLS, "How can I scale my application?"
Then OLS, recognizing the developer's role and permissions, responds:
"You are not allowed to view this information. Please reach out to your System Admin for assistance."
