      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

The Vertical Pod Autoscaler (VPA) memory usage is proportional to the size of the Kubernetes/OpenShift cluster. Presently, cluster administrators are required to manually size the VPA's resource requests to ensure sufficient capacity to monitor pod metrics and related object resources. This feature aims to leverage the VPA's capabilities to automatically right-size itself or allow cluster administrators to configure the VPA to dynamically adjust its resource requests and limits as needed.
