Change default namespace of LVMS

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Change the default namespace from "openshift-storage" to "openshift-lvm-storage", to avoid co-location with e.g. ODF. That simplifies monitoring/troubleshooting, seperation of duties.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. Change the default namespace from "openshift-storage" to "openshift-lvm-storage".
2. Existing installation remain untouched. 
3. The default name space still can be changed upon installation
