Outcome Overview

_Based on these changes, we should see reduced number of users switching back and fourth between the two perspectives. For user that still want the dev perspective for reducing cognitive load, the dev perspective can be re-enabled. However we expect most of our Dev only personas to start using our new Devhub Offering designed specifically for devs._

The goal it to make the items from the dev perspective more accessible to all users.

Expected Results (what, how, when)

The following features should enable the outcomes we are looking for:

• All Dev only navigation and UI pages become accessible from the Admin Perspective
• The Existing Dev Perspective becomes disable but is still optional.
